VOICE VPN
Voice VPN allows any organization to make calls to its branches anywhere in the world at no cost, similar to making an intercom call. In addition Voice VPN service offers call costs management and control. For clients with an existing and reliable internet access, Vangage Ltd deploys Voice VPN as a service. This is achieved by installing a VOIP Gateway integrated with an existing PABX or as a stand-alone solution. With the gateway installed and linked to our gatekeeper, calls can be by two means. Firstly, the staff can use their uniquely assigned account numbers to make any international call. These staff accounts may be assigned a certain limit, or unlimited access may be granted. The second means is for the phone line to be programmed into the gateway. This way once a call is initiated from the phone line, it is authorized without authentication. This setup is ideal for Senior and Executive Management who do not want to be bordered with entering PIN codes each time they want to make calls. Whichever option is chosen, a call detailed record (CDR) is available for each staff, and for the company as a whole.
